DAY 1
Try and meditate for 8 to 10 mins first thing in the morning.
If you’re not sure how meditation works there is a plethora of information online about this. Once you’re done make yourself a glass of lemon water and slowly sip away!
DAY 2
Check through all your skincare products, make sure to get rid of any expired products and ones that smell abit off too.
Clear out the place where you put these products, place your skincare in a nice orderly manner and lets get this skincare ball rolling from day 2 onwards. To begin with make a habit of a 3 step morning and night skincare ritual and slowly you can start to introduce more products according to your skin type.
QUICK TIP – make yourself a yogurt and honey face mask to give yourself a nice plumped up and squeaky clean face!
DAY 3
Day 3 is where you up your Hydration game!
Please, and I can’t stress this enough – drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water per day from now on, and slowly increase this to a maximum of 3 to 3.5 litres.
Once you start doing this, you may as well shift into your bathroom (just kidding)
Your body will eventually adjust to the amount of water you’re drinking and honestly the results are amazing, especially for your digestive system and your skin.
DAY 4
Make a habit of eating whole foods only, fresh produce and lean meats, avoid processed foods. Make this your priority!
QUICK TIP -A quick and easy typical balanced meal would consist of – protein, healthy fats and carbs. i.e some brown rice (carbs) chicken, eggs, lean meats, (proteins) a side salad or steamed veg with an olive oil dressing (healthy fats)
Not forgetting your glass of water!
DAY 5
Start moving around more.
If you’re a complete novice when it comes to exercise then start off with 15 mins of walking, and then increase it once you feel comfortable.
DAY 6
Clear out the clutter from your house.
Reorganizing your wardrobes and kitchen cupboards is so therapeutic, also it will increase functionality and keep your mind clear too. A clean and clear home creates a clean and clear mind.
QUICK TIP – clothing which you haven’t reached back to wear for at least 6 months need to go to charity!
DAY 7
Sunday is self love day – take a long bath, pamper yourself.
Look for a hobby, have afternoon tea with family or friends.
Make a do to list for the upcoming week – and don’t forget to reflect on how far you have come this past week.
DAY 8
Have a social media tidy up!
Unfollow and follow content that you’re still Interested in.
Set timings for all your social media platforms, trust me this will open up so much space in your brain for new interests and hobbies. We don’t realise how much time social media actually consumes of ours.

DAY 16
Detox day!
Although our bodies are capable of self detoxification
There’s no harm in making yourself some fancy water to chug down
(Please see my blog the truth about detox water) detox water is good for those who find it difficult to sip water.
Detox water is just plain water with added fresh fruits and vegetables or even herbs to add taste to the water.
QUICK TIP – Cut down on sugar and caffeine. The less sugar you take the lesser your sugar cravings!
DAY 17
If you’re up for it, go join the gym. You don’t have to start going 5 days a week or strength train right away, work one step at a time. Opt for cardio to begin with and take it further when you’re ready!
DAY 18
Eat mindfully – take your time and enjoy every bite!
Pay attention to your body’s signals! Hunger pangs sometimes is just thirst which our body sometimes doesnt pick up on.
QUICK TIP – never eat in front of the television, we tend to eat more this way!
